THE BREW PROCESS
Malt Extract (single carboy, blow-off) Brewing. Charlie Papazian's method. 2 pages (front/back). Suitable for laminating. This is the process I have been using since 1986. Yield appr. 512 oz. 32 pints

THE BOTTLING PROCESS
I use clean, Pint (16 oz.) returnables. If you clean 'em ahead of time, put them in the wax case and cover the mouth of each bottle with a small square of tin foil.
